When it comes to dealing with anxiety, people usually think of medication first. But it shouldn't typically be the first option for treating anxiety because of its side effects. If talk therapy doesn't help you, some alternatives such as meditation, tai chi or yoga may be beneficial. One of the more proven alternatives to medicine for treating anxiety is acupuncture and acupressure. While it is not scientifically researched and documented, acupuncture and acupressure is widely recognized and known to work for most people.
